Aint this kind of concept already existed? Although Ark is for the use of Smart bridges, what does PRO have?
It does look like its only made to collect funds, who escrow this project again if indeed they use escrow?

well isnt incent just a loyal reward thing? Theres far more here like business apps and, fiat to PRO. from what i understood they are running their own blockchain right dev? |
