My guess isn't a time period.  I doubt soon as I think things need to be more stable and level off for months before another drive to $266.  My guess is when some more certain news on adoption where government regulation is dealt with or another country freaks out and starts moving Fiat into BTC again.  If Western Union deals with State, Federal laws, the federal reserve gives a green light, and congress doesn't come up with some stupid bill it could go through the roof.
