If sound is not an issue get a server breakout board and a server psu. At such a high wattage consumer psus aren't viable because of their price anymore and you'll have to look at real expensive psus for full power. I'd personally go with a DPS800 or 1200 breakout and an HP power supply as the Sp20 doesn't run near rated speed 3/4 of the time- that'll cut costs down below 100 and you'll just need 6pin connectors and you're good to go. Just make sure you get 14AWG cables and not anything above 18AWG.

I won't weigh in on your specific choice of PSU, but I will tell you that you will almost certainly be much happier if you target your SP20 for 1200GH or perhaps a bit lower. It's unlikely you'll ever get to the fabled "1700 GH", and the closer you get the hotter, noisier, and less efficient it will run. Your running costs will be lower both in absolute number and in terms of $/GH at the lower speed. Most past owners of SP20 hardware really think it should have been advertised as a 1400 GH miner with possible 1700 GH over-clock potential. With reduced speed also comes reduced heat, and reduced noise from a slower turning fan. The demands on your power supply decline as well.

I ran my SP20 at about 1000GH using a 1000W EVGA power supply, with power to spare on the PSU/wiring, and reduced heat and noise (the biggest benefit for me).

I'll also add that "Hardware" Sub-Forum has some useful threads on the SP20. Th following is just one of them:

Yup, as someone has already said above... You won't really be mining at 1.7 TH/s and it would work best at 1.1-1.2 TH/s. Regarding PSU; EVGA 1300 would work best. You may, however, can find yourself a cheap server PSU unit or maybe a 750 W PSU unit to cut down the PSU cost.

I can easily mine at 1.1-1.2 with my Cooler Master 750 W PSU. If you're looking more hashes per second, you'll need to feed it with more power and you'll need to get yourself a better PSU. Doing this will not only increase your hardware cost, but will also make the miner make more sound.

If you really want to go cheap buy a 600w psu and underclock the miner. Doesn't need to be 80plus but expect much higher electric costs if you don't use an 80 plus power supply. Other than that it's your choice. Don't go with shit power supplies from no name companies EVER. Chances are they won't last a week.
