How long to get verified user in Kraken.com?

Sorry if this is not the right forum, but I'm frustrated because I have submitted all my documents to them for 4 days ago and I even submitted a ticket to them but no reply no verification at all?

Is kraken.com still in business or are they just simply the slowest company on earth?

I have found other new users that have been waiting for more than 1 week to get verified..

Any idea how long this can take?

they are simply only slow. I guess because of the high volatility there are several new bitcoiners and that's why the support is under heavy load.

But you could try posting in official Kraken Thread. Sometimes the Kraken staff "Dargo" helps to speed up things.

it will take about 9 days atm, tier 1 was 9 days , tier 2 11 days both submitted at the same time

i think verified proccess in kraken 1-3 day every tier, if you document complete and no problem
over one year latter in 2015, iam verified kraken account until tier 3, only 2 week
