Hi everyone

I am extremely happy to announce that we launched the pre-registration page for the Exchange platform we are building for Latin America:

http://btc.uy/

We are based in Uruguay (a traditionally stable banking center) and are working on opening ways for all Latin American countries to trade with ease and comfort in USD and their respective local currency.

ETA for closed beta is 4 Weeks from now.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

This is great to hear.

I just came back from living in Brasil and the shoots of BTC are growing in Latin America. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Maybe I can help too as I speak Spanish, Portuguese and English (Soy escoces)

Good luck with this project whatever happens.
