Go to Wallet > Addresses or press CTRL+A to enable the addresses tab.  All of the addresses listed there are your bitcoin addresses.

honestly what public address do you mean you mean all of your electrum bitcoin address.. the above answer is the right way to see them but if you are looking for a private and public keys just go to addresses and right click one of the address you need to get public key  and you will see the public key and you can use it for other thing just like an api that you can make a watch balance.

Any chance the OP is looking for the Master Public Keys?  You can display these easily in Electrum as well.  This gives access to all the Electrum addresses for the wallet, but NOT any way to spend or lose the coins.  Like a watching wallet.  I am likely off on a tangent but the OP's questioning leaves me/us uncertain how to help.
