Hi,

I've got myself this miner (used) and I'm trying to get the ball rolling, but it looks like something is a miss  Huh

This is what I see when I look at miner interface:
And, this is my pool info:

I've tried kano.is pool and that didn't work either. Same issue. sometimes, cgminer runs for a few seconds and then stops.
I've also upgraded miner firmware to 2.7.1, but that didn't help either. I've switched it back to 2.5.43 ... Any idea what's wrong?

PS: it looks like images didn't load for some reason. here are the direct links

All right guys, here's the thing...

I've done some research and it turned out that one of the controller port is bad. luckily, I'm getting a replacement/repair controller board from the seller. When both hash boards were plugged into the controller, it wasn't mining. I've checked both hash boards individually and found that the boards were fine, I've then checked cables and they were fine too. Lastly, I've checked controller ports (one at a time) and was able to spot the issue.
