You only need a cheap hosting, domain with SSL and a coinbase account (For receiving and sending bitcoin)
why coinbase? well at the first time I want use blockchain but blockchain have a limitation on generating addresses for receiving bitcoin, like after you generate 20 unused address you need to change your xpub, and now because I use coinbase your faucet users don't need to generate a new address every time they want deposit, just one address
and withdrawal fees will be removed if you set minimum withdrawal to 10000 satoshi.
