Willing to buy $200 worth of bitcoins

I want to buy $200 worth of bitcoins. I have the cash, and I prefer having an escrow. I'm not sure exactly how to work this out, but maybe I have to send the cash by mail. I am willing to agree to a rate of $850 per bitcoin. Please contact if interested.

850 usd per btc is not attractive for US sellers. and the volume you want to buy is way too small.
