Wallet4bitcoin is helpful & quick to respond. He wasn't sure if the service worked with PIA VPN when I asked but offered to sign up for PIA in order to find out. The Directtvnow service works well & picture quality is generally awesome. I have seen the image blur periodically but instances of this are quite rare, short lived & usually occur when first starting up the service. I've been using it through Internet Explorer 11 with the Silverlight plugin haven't tested it with Chrome. As well as the live TV, there is a good selection of movies & archived shows. Searches will turn up movies, archived shows & even upcoming live events. Pretty cool.

I'm really impressed - my set-up is on an Apple TV 4 (connected via vpn) and the picture quality is excellent (HD where source material allows).  All channels work without a problem & can be accessed via a listings guide.  The Directv Now sub also gives access to some external apps including NBCSN, Watch ESPN and HBO Go on Apple TV - all of which work great.
