Funny how your "poll" has only negative options.

Also funny how your post history shows how you hate Monero and are a fan of other "privacy" coins which no DM would even think about using since privacy and security is #1 for them.

regardless,

me: commenting on an asset in terms of its usd value and volume, a unit of exchange that's served reasonably well for a couple of years. a fiat note on which most, if not all, price speculations are made

hard core legends: still speculating on wheat in terms of its oil price.

thats my opinion.

maybe they should enstate a retirement center  Tongue

Here is something to think about :

Bitcoin Crashed! Now What?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aL52ywnhfT8

Interesting view, specially the 7 steps in a market cycle that Chris Dunn talks about and which can apply to any cryptocurrency
or altcoin (including Monero).

And this picture pretty much visualize it :

This is where Monero is currently at : https://cryptowat.ch/poloniex/xmrbtc/1w

I leave it up to you readers to figure out where Monero is heading ....

Funny thing is how you missed "institutional investors" on the white chart--or are you implying Monero has had a period of institutional investing Huh

Shill comments getting more desperate by the hour.
Interesting how these mob plays mostly attract the most stupid bunch of people.
The chart comparison is amazing, we are just about to enter the capitulation phase now.

Quoting for posterity. We'll see who has the most stupid stupidest crowd.

BTW, are you refuting the inclusion of institutional investors in the hype cycle or does insulting people take care of that glaring omission--

I think with Monero this is a little different

It would be more correct to sense that Monero is now going into the anal-sadistic phase of its existence.

I'm pretty sure the direct insults indicate that these gentlemen are doubting their original claims, as a solid USD uptrend formation, with a solid basis for a 6 month continuation pattern forming, indicates that both postulates in the original proposal have largely fallen through.

Good day, friendos.

I can only be happy that the price of monero goes down somewhat.  There's no good for a coin that wants to be anonymous to have a market cap mainly sustained by speculation ; no good can come out of a greater-fool game.  However, I hope it doesn't sink too low either, because some market cap is needed in order to be used as a currency.  I'd be happy with something like $4-$5.  That's still highly speculative because its demand for usage is not so large (bitcoin itself must not be much higher in real usage market cap than at most a few 10 of $).

Monero can have some popularity among peoples, which like privacy. From the other point, other crypto coins also try to do this, so Monero go first, therefore it can have future in at least next three years. I think, that there are a lot of Monero users, which like this coin a lot, because of privacy.

heh no same

Monero vs DASH vs Zcash vs Bitcoin Mixers
Not all privacy-centric coins can deliver 100% privacy, untraceability, security, and fungibility in a 100% decentralized coin with a trustless setup. Here's what these attributes are and why they're important:

Private: Your finances are not visible to the public. A person looking at the coin's blockchain won't be able to see how much money you have.
Untraceable: The coins can't be traced through blockchain analysis or blockchain monitoring.
Secure: All transactions are encrypted and the wallet which holds your funds is encrypted.
Fungible: All coins are equal and have the same value.
Decentralized: All nodes (a node is a running instance of the coin's blockchain) of the network are equal. There is no superclass of nodes which have more influence or control over transactions or the system than other nodes.

Here is an analysis of the leading cryptocurriencies which feature anonymity and/or untraceability as their key differentiator. Bitcoin itself is not within the scope of this analysis since it's never claimed to be anonymous.
