I think that developers will provide all the necessary information before the ICO.

it says the ico start on march and will be runing for 28 days, if you find this ico being legit fill,your bags with btc for another round. i think there will be alot of,users still are going to be interested to join and fund this project.

Is there any threshold for your ICO? In other word, what is the minimum investment amount of your project continue? Actually I read your whole OP, but found nothing, want to know your answer.

When I start alpha-I am expecting a rise of at least 50 percent. The images of recent work have been quite satisfying. At least they will show investors that the system is working when alpha participants are in visual sharing. This will start the actual purchases as it shows that the project is real. He thinks that this project can be done for the investor.

Please read more carefully as the OP says it bluntly "In case a minimum cap of 30K ETH is not reached, all pledged ETH will be sent back to Participants sending addresses"
