Be careful of winning on Bitsler

This is my story

     Hello my name is Dmtripp27 in the online gambling world. I play on many site i'm most known for playing on Bister. Bistler is a good site but not because of winning or how the site is set up they have an amazing chat with awesome mods. However the people that know me know that i love helping people out and give tons of money away. I'm an a honest and upfront person I don't need to cheat. I gamble for fun i don't gamble to make a bunch of money. I have went from the facet to winning a btc in a day. Also just recently I went from 1eth to 100eth in a day.

     So this is my situation. I went from 1eth to 100eth in a day after which i converted into btc. Cashed out some and left some to play with. I was using a simple strategy and auto rolling it was set up as the following...300 base bet 9.9x and increase on lose 15% its a well known and standard idea.
I had a balance of 0.84 btc. I went 61 spins before getting a win. I stopped the betting and posted the bet ID in chat. After which i hit roll again thats where the problem began.

     After just to rolls it said that my balance of 0.84 btc was all gone. According to them my bet change from 300 base bet to .38 base bet. The only button i hit was roll again. People that know me know i am a smart player. Now no one not every a moron is gonna make a base bet of .38 not even with a 50 btc balance for the simple fact bitsler has a max win of 5btc per roll. SO after 2 rolls you wouldn't be able to continue.


    Of course i emailed support to ask what exactly happened. Gabe responded he is one of the admins there very nice guy said he would look into it but they have a big (and much needed) update coming up so it would take time but i'm an honest guy so they will look into it. I said ok that was about 5 days ago. Gabe left for the weekend and said that Baryom would handle it as i should know something by today.


    I Today a friend of mine pmed baryom (i didn't ask them) and baryom told them they already check and i am wrong. I have the bet id's and everything. I have tried to be patient with them. However i can't be quiet about something like this. I'm not saying they cheated me intentionally or anything like that. However i do believe it was a glitch in there system and that the .84 the got from it is more important to them then one play no matter how active or helpful that person is to the community.


   Most people on Bistler already know about the situtation and are not happy but theres nothing anyone can do its up to the admins. So with all that being said i just advise you all to use caution when you win a big amount. Yes not all with think 100eth is a big amount but to most it is. I have given more then that away i don't try to break the system i rain and tip and help people out for more then that amount.


   However to give me no response or anything like that. And just completely ignore the situation. Is not the correct way to handle the situation. Bitsler has the best chat of any dice site i have seen mods are excellent and admins usually have no problem with handling things correctly i'm not sure why in this instant that choose to go about it differently but use caution if you have a good day on Bitsler.

I am the friend who PMed Baryom.

Baryom is a nice, friendly Admin and I have trusted him ever since. But I also trust DMtripp, our story began when a day is feeling so blue and DMtripp tipped me 500 doge. I was able to make it 20k or 30k, I dont know exactly but I tipped back 10k to him and he said he converted it to ether. He was able to reach his 100eth goal and converted it to btc. Before that, he rained about 5eth on chat. I also do Filipino translations for him sometimes.

Now I am torn between DMtripp and Baryom. Not that I can offer more wager to bitsler, and not that I can offer more translations for DMtripp but I understand how exhausting it is to roll for more than 24hrs. I've been there, I just feel that DMtripp could have been given a better explanation from the bitsler team rather than getting the explanation. "We have checked and hes wrong".

Baryom, Gab, you guys never failed to assist me whenever I needed. You guys are wonderful, and please do the same to my friend.

It's actually my first time to see complaints about bitsler, I believe they have been existing for awhile and I have the experience gambling in their sites with no problem. This thread deserve an answer from Bitsler team just to clear things up.

It means 2 minutes.  It is crystal clear that's not the autobet which made the bets. There is no glitch.

We've already talked baryom and discussed the situation. The issue i had was that no one would give me a response until i had to email after days. I still don't know how it happened nor do I believe that you cheated as i stated above. I love bitsler i just thing it was handled poorly as i was just ignored. Response is normally great when it comes to supports or admins.  i'm not gonna lose sleep over the situation nor will you. I'm glad you made your presents known though.

Thanks they have been helpful since then. For the record i don't think they cheated me. I believe it was a glitch they said it wasn't it was due because i was tired as i was gambling 10 hours or more. I disagree but i'm not upset nor do i think they cheated me just to be clear.

My main issue was i didn't get an answer until i emailed them. Although they said they would look into it and get back to me. Could be they didn't get the chance to with the update coming up or they forgot. To me it felt like my concern was not important. They do have top notch support though. No matter what they have decided and weather i agree or disagree bitsler is still a good site. Hopefully when its up and running after the update it will be better.

Sorry to hear about your loss but i really cannot understand your situation ,how can a base bet change of 300 satoshi change to 0.3 btc that is what confuses me as the site cannot change the base value it might happen with the browser or the script you were using.It will be helpful if you can provide the bet ID's before busting ,i did bust in bitsler some time back with a million doge while in auto rolls even with a base bet of 1 doge and in 2x but i do not think because the site fucked me up,auto rolls if unattended really could bust you up.Hope you will update what the admins have to say about your situation.

yes i understand that the bet ID's are 4,454,691,973   4,454,692,105 ...................this wasn't a auto roll being unattended i pressed stop then roll and only 2 rolls later it said i was out of funds. I dunno what happened that. I'm not accusing them of changing the amount i don't think the have the ability. I don't want anyone to take this as an attack against bitsler. Baryom can tell you i put 10 plus hours in at a time on several occasions. Bitsler is a very respected sight and should be.

I'm not sure how it was changed baryom tried explaining script to me but i know nothing about that stuff. That's why i said a glitch

Baryom has been helpful and has checked the logs twice and found no issue. I trust baryom's finding i dunno why it happened or how it happened i don't use script or anything like that no bots. He explained about auto rolls it being down on the browser and that they don't have any control over that, I don't understand it. Perhaps the title is wrong its not directed at bitsler. Its ment as a warning as this happened right after i won 100eth.



I don't want anyone thinking i'm accusing bitsler of cheating. It's ment more as a warning if you win big withdraw.

I lost a balance of 0.19 on autobet the other day as well... I was betting 0.00016 base bet no increase or anything, after 100 rolls my balance was down to 0.008 The weird part about it was the balance was still showing until I refreshed then it showed 0.008 I thought it was a glitch but oh well... I haven't had problems before or since and I have withdrawan

The site is back and I think Baryom and the rest of the team is just tired for the 12hrs or more they have put into the maintenance. You should get an explanation soon @author.

One of the best thing about bitsler is their superb support, Gab to mention.

However 2 claims are better than no explanation at all. To the complainants dmtripp and strat, Bitsler have been trusted and for sure if there was something they are responsible for, they will reach out and give your money. Although, yes, they have a point that being exhausted for continuous rolling can sometimes lead to mistypes/misclicks .

How about an option of a popup warning, player will have the option to have it activated wherein there is a max bet amount. They can activate it or not. Just an idea

When people mention that the site was under maintenance for some time, I believe it could be due to a glitch in their system. The developers are supposed to intervene and identify the problem other than their users going online with such complains.

i guess this is just another a gambler disappointment, they can't accept the fact that they are lost, instead to forget it they just create a story to make it was casino fault but actually it is not. this is an oldway to show your disappointment. try to gamble responsibly, a gambling sites like bitsler have been established, hard to blame them unless yeah if you have a valid proof.
