Only in the last I increased even though the proposed smaller.

Those transactions are badly propagated. Just like the ones on this thread. Only in your case some of the transactions have lower than recommended fee of 65 bytes per satoshi.

I'll rebroadcast them.

Small amount but good fee but the transaction takes long time before its confirm.
Never experience like that but i experience delay i think it takes 1 hour or more.. what wallet you are using?
You can try this solution maybe it can help you to increase  the speed or they are adding your to next block to be confirm
