i don't know how to create altcoin but what i think is creating one or make a new one is easy, but if we want to make that one still alive then we need to maintain and is really hard to do, because we need a good effort to maintain and take our attention for our project, its better if we stay focus with what we've done before and still doing until its finished.

Just need a little pennies for creating a new one. at least a lot of them were ending at pump and dump. Maintain the one is a conclusion to attracting the demand. It will always be giving a life for the coin.

At least they can maintain it with putting them on all of the exchange sites.

Yes it is true, you can easily find coin developer to create your coin, but to maintain and to make the coin to survive it is really difficult, the reputation of an ico or alt coin is already bad, so there are only few investors that will interested in new alt coin

Ripple XRP is not a coin, it's a protocol and despite IBM,R3 trying to replicate them they are years away

That's true its hard to maintain you own altcoin if you don't have a team or a companion that help you innovate your altcoin project.Making a alt coins is easy if you have a money they are some service providers that offer to build your own altcoin.

The alts that have lasted have a community. Eg Doge is still a thing, and the Ether and Litecoin communities still support their coins. With no community, you just get a big pump, and then the coin dies and bagholders walk away disappointed.

I agree, it's crazy how nowadays anyone can download a program and basically their altcoin of choice create while being a total computer illiterate. Of course, those coins are all destined to die because they dont bring anything to the table. They depend on short lived pumps. Once the hype is over, they all die.
