If i could create my own Bitcoin gambling site, I would make a good design of site.
Maybe i would give somes bonus to any bet all the day( Like planetwin365 ).
Anyways, I tired to make an unique thing in my site to getting a lot of gamblers.

I want to do everything better. Yes, I like to create a pure player vs player gambling site.

My in-plan features will be :
- Open source based.
- There will be no house edge.
- There will be withdraw fee (if min withdraw is 0.01 btc then fee would be 0.001 btc)
- After a round of game, the winner alone needs to pay small percentage in profits as fee to house.

Round fee and withdraw fee are only income generation methods for the gambling house for its survival and maintenance.

PvP games by design can't have House Edge, since you are not playing against the House. The amount of fees you depicted is far worse that usual player vs. house games.
Open sourcing casino script is not wise IMO. Casino is not service of public utility and I wouldn't risk that my work will be copied and used without my consent.

That's why there few PvP games exist, cause they know already how bad that game design for profit
But well as he said to cover up it all , we can charge a small fee and we can recognize it as the PvP 'house edge'

Definitely Customer support would be on top of my list. Hardly any site has a live support waiting to help on the majority of sites. Also would probably market a little different which is the secret sauce.

Would also work much more on the design of the sites. By this I am not implying that the sites out there don't have a good design though.

Actually, only few things I would change about a gambling site that I will create. I would publicly announce that I am open for investors and investors don't benefit that much, the house edge will be lower. But of course, there will be no faucet, it means you have to deposit so you could play and, it means someone must be busted so others could win.

too mainstream if you plan to do a weekly wagering contest, a lot of casino especially dice sites have it i don't think it could work to make people attracted they are bored already with some promotion like that, people need a fresh idea that another gambling sites never did previously. you need to have a super creative promo staff !

I think promotions and deposit bonus these are the main ideas to get attract players. Apart from this, i think only a few people attract for different games. There is no other way to attract gamblers. We can not give them free money right its loss for us. I don't have any idea apart from this if you have any super creative idea, please share with us otherwise give any tips what actually players looking from gambling sites.

i would probably think of a way to start a platform for P2P games and still make profit from it. player vs player games are always hot and have lots of people interested in playing them and they can even be done with games like dice when players bet against each other. primedice used to have this feature but since it wasn't making them any profit they stopped it.

If I was running my own bitcoin gambling site, then apart from this forum, I would definitely focus on attracting customers or people from outside the bitcoin world. Maybe do giveaways in other forums for bitcoins and hence it will introduce them to bitcoins and at the same time will also be an introduction to gambling to which my site would be the first one that they would see.
