If I was running my own bitcoin gambling site, then apart from this forum, I would definitely focus on attracting customers or people from outside the bitcoin world. Kind of disagree. Most people that are in here are mostly interested in Economics, and how to make more bitcoins. That's why signature campaigns are always full even the ones that has low rates. Yes, there are gamblers here but are they willing to play in a completely new gambling casino? They've been playing in a gambling casino regularly online so you would have to do something to persuade them to go check your new gambling site.

Signature campaigns would give you audience but it's limited here. I have my referral link in my signature code (yes, that's allowed) and no one has signed up to me ever since. Maybe it's just they don't sign up under me.

focus on what the game is on the website which is favored by many people, if i'm having a gambling website i would choose sportsbooks because there is no element of cheating that has become more fair, although to make the website lightweight and simple to  accessible more complicated than dice

If i will create a Gambling site, i think i will focus on how to make that site a friendly site and how gamblers will like it. I want to do everything better. Yes, I like to create a pure player vs player gambling site.

My in-plan features will be :
- Open source based.
- There will be no house edge.
- There will be withdraw fee (if min withdraw is 0.01 btc then fee would be 0.001 btc)
- After a round of game, the winner alone needs to pay small percentage in profits as fee to house.

Round fee and withdraw fee are only income generation methods for the gambling house for its survival and maintenance.

I agree with the round fee, it's like poker really, or even at sports betting, it's like betfair and other exchange markets.
But the withdraw fee would probably keep a few users away, and I don't see them as necessary. If you get a % from rounds, like poker etc, as long as you have a lot of players, and the game is fast enough (like a hand in a cash table), you would not need that extra fee, and would have plenty of income for the site.

Right, gamblers always wanted to win as much as possible doubled or tripled of what they deposited at first it will be hard to do that to sustain the needs. Unless your too rich and want some to share it for gamblers. Being competent might be a good way to become successful at what you're doing since you're exposing yourself and your company to the world. But do you really think that you can compete with sites like Primedice? It would be hard to compete with those sites, and make their players migrate to your gambling site unless your gambling site has something special. Maybe some sort of reward program for every wagered amount, I don't know what's your plan but it would be really tough competing with established gambling sites.

Success is like a ladder. There's no shortcut to the top. You would have to compete with low-level gambling sites first before you get to compete with the major ones.

I don't think that would work out well... I am saying this as someone with a high traffic blog and experience with different advertising campaigns.... banners ads don't really pay that well, affiliate works much better but I am not sure how you would integrate that strategy into a betting site. Would maybe work with an extra blog and articles where you place casino related product links, like books, maybe even casino game products or something... but really, you would need to be very creative.

I never had the feeling that deposits would take a long time on the sites I use.... maybe not instant, but also no big time to wait.
