AFTER several replies it seems BTCe has and issue and or possibly Vircurex, or maybe both

Edit UPDATE...the TRC went trhough so the posibilites are

VirCurEx took their time releasing
BTCe or Virurex were on the wrong chain
Or BTCe had a glitch
Or the Chain was slow <---but this was tested at about the time I sent so no.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

It has been independently confirmed the "THE" block chain is working

I sent 10 TRC test from VIRCUREX to BTCE. It has not arrived and does not show up on the Terracoin Explorer at the BTCe address

Others have stated that they cannot receive coins at BTCe.
This suggests that BTCe or the Sending agent in on the wrong block chain, eg Vircurex
BTCe themselves have raised and issue

If they are on the wrong chain, then all they have to do it this

enter all the private keys on the the right chain and all the Coins in those addresses which only the could move will still be there

I and at least one other person are not seeing TRC turn up in the BTCe accounts??

They may be on the wrong block chain

this is no biggie they just mine get the coins back from the right block chain as they hold the private address

This highlights an issue that has long been neglected in the debate about 51% attacks.  The ancillary service providers are sufficiently important that they can not be ignored when figuring out 'network consensus' a fork which has the minority of network hashing, but the support of other service providers can Win in the sense that it can force the abandonment of one side of a fork regardless of how much hashing power is on each side.  More attention needs to be payed to seeing that service providers are both 'white hat' and able to rapidly assimilate fixes from developers.

Erm, if the chain is dead this can not happen, and it wont be btc-e fault, but the chain's itself

I'll try withdrawing my coins when coming back home too and see how it goes.
