Anyone can change for me BTC for PayPal?
I wanna buy some BTC using PayPal but of risk of fraud there are no easy ways. If there are have easy ways or someone would proceed over escrow in bitcointalk?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Don't trade here unless it's with a very well known and well established user. Basically most people here are scammers. You can also try localbitcoins.com, I've bought btc with paypal there several times with high rated traders and never had a problem

Here is also many good ex changers available with good rate you can use them without any fear like @zazarb and @sardasa some more but first of all you have to check them if they available and read all terms and conditions good luck

PayPal have buyer protection. I have good trust on them and if transaction will not go smooth I just can ask for refund. They work well!
Looking now for deal with someone from bitcointalk I have a little more fiat. Just now released transaction from https://localbitcoins.com with ROIWITHME GO well

I don't think that protection applies when buying cryptocurrency with PayPal, and other people will probably back me up on that.  It's against their terms of service.  Newbies on this forum do not mix well with PayPal, because as mk3000 has astutely put it, those transactions are mostly scammy.  The people who buy bitcoin with PP chargeback, and the other party ends up the loser.  It's happened so many times here it's friggin' unreal.

If that would bitcointalk provide escrow service? I think hero members with good trust will be nice garants of service
