Banks would only do that to earn money from it, which means they'll be providing loans in Bitcoin, for which they could even start fractional banking again: lending out more than they have. Let's not!
One of the perks Bitcoin offers, is being able to control your own money by yourself. Nobody can take it from you, nobody can freeze your funds, and only you have the private key.

I can't think of a single thing a bank can do to improve Bitcoin for me. Even if the bank is insured for theft, you'd still need to secure your account and computer. While you're at it, you could just as well secure your own Bitcoins.

So far there are no banks that are offering bitcoin account to their clients. But recently I have heard the rumors that some dutch bank is experimenting with this and testing the possibility to offer bitcoin wallet as a service to their clients. I don't know if this is true but maybe in the future banks will consider this possibility.

No you can't open Bitcoin's account, because first problem, bitcoin is virtual and today it is very  unstable So it is 800$ but tomorrow, maybe 1000$. The bank can't accept unstable %, but soon near future, maybe they will do that

There are no banks that are accepting bitcoins at the moment. It will be impossible for banks to accept bitcoins since it is a threat to their system. Though they like the technology but they hated bitcoins that they will copy bitcoin technology and create a currency of their own using blockchain technology. If there are banks that are accepting bitcoins then that will be a great news and it will bring positive impact on bitcoin economy as a whole.

Certainly not!
Bitcoin is based on concept of Decentralization whom I think banks can't catch in their walls!
Really yes, Bitcoin can be easily tranfer over boundaries without any record. Banks may not able to track all money.

Banks not accepting bitcoin. If banks accept bitcoin then there won't be any difference between bitcoin and the centralized banks.

I think it can not now. Bitcoin is decentralized and anonymous , it is not yet controlled and accepted by government so that we are hard to open a bitcoin account the same as traditional currency (Dollar or Euro).

the banks that we know of are not doing it yet but you can see some of the services online such as coinbase as a bank because of how they are performing and have control over bitcoins that are kept on their website.
banks may not have any problem with you buying or selling bitcoin using your account there but they are not directly justifying it.

For what purpose why you want to open a Bitcoin Account in bank?

If for buying and selling bitcoins purposes only then use bitcoin exchange instead that has a feature of linking bank account e.g Coinsbank, Coinbase etc.

Will wait for your reply for other purposes and we will continue the discussion so that I can have a specific answer.

OP doesnt have basic knowledge about bitcoins! Why would I keep my bitcoins there and in same time to pay them for that? Be your own bank is one of the first things I learned about bitcoin.
I commented thread about PayPal, bank is like a PayPal just a service for fiat. This newbie should learn something before posting anything.

Have you seen the following words on Bitcoin wallets: "Be your own bank!"? Do you know why Bitcoin was created, and what people are seeking when using it? Most of those on this forum are willing to use Bitcoin because it's anonymous. It's like commiting a crime and then calling the police and telling them about it - you'd reveal your identity! Banks are not accepting it yet but as soon as Bitcoin will become a big thing they'll be forced to do it, removing the most important feature we got.

I believe theres none and i never think that bank will accept bitcoin because they are different in purpose. Banks are centralized and bitcoin is the opposite of banks. Its also against each other. Never encounter any bank that is bitcoin friendly. If theres one existing. I'll let you know.

As far as i know, i don't know any banks with bitcoin account services. But, some company provide bitcoin debit cards and offer similar with bitcoin bank account such as Coinbase or Xapo.
However, i think bitcoin bank idea is pretty stupid because there's no point of using bitcoin if you still need bank.
i agree with you, why do we still need a bank account if we use bitcoin as a payment, the reason is that bitcoin is an alternative payment beside money and bank account

The closest service I know of, that function like a bank & primarily use Crypto currencies are AsMoney. I deposited some Satoshi's in there and

I received interest on that.  Roll Eyes ...Bitcoin is not meant to function as a bank, but quite the opposite. Satoshi wanted to eliminate the middle

man and have people deal with Bitcoin directly. { This is not happening, because most people work through exchanges }  Roll Eyes

There are no banks around that will touch bitcoin in it's raw form.
You need to convert it to a way that they will only touch it which is any fiat form.
You can then link your bank account to cash it into your bank.

There will never be a bank that will take bitcoin like this they never will.

I don't know if this true or not but I've heard somewhere people said that there was a bank in Europe which has brought bitcoin into it. But I strongly believe that bitcoin shouldn't appear in banks because apparently, bitcoin's way of work and banks' don't have things in common. Bitcoin's aim to revolutionise the economic world by changing people's concept of money and banks don't seem to be like that.
