I have heard OKcoin and now I read UK Coinfloor is now doing no fee bitcoin trading.  I have been trading on Poloniex.... but trading fees do tend to add up when I am trading $50,000 or more at a time.

Where in the USA can I trade bitcoins and altcoins with no fees?

none of the big exchanges that area also more trusted than unknown places, have a zero fee policy. you can find some of them that offer lower fees or fees that go lower if you trade large amounts but never zero fees.
