Hello,
i need to exchange up to 25k EUR. I'm looking for trusted partner/exchanger.

I have some part of money on bank account and some part on PayPal.

I will send money from PayPal via "Masspay" option - this is option used to send large amount of money with low fees (16$) when you deal in wholesale and this cannot be reversed - you can call paypal and ask - you will be secure - i will go first and after you will get cash you will send me BTC, fair enough right?

If someone is willing to help me let me know, leave your skype or hit me a PM.

Because I'm new many people will look at me as a scammer, that's why i am looking for trusted, well-known exchanger who i can deal with by going first.

Kraken account holder need to match bank sender name no ?

And if your account has been verified with your ID, selfie and proof of address then OP send an unauthorized transfer, how will you shift the fraud liability ?

24k is a lot of money, why don't you just find someone on localbitcoin and do this face2face, it seems like the best option to complete this kind of trade

That's a freaking high amount of money!!!
PM me if you still looking for someone to buy it.
Wouldn't it be possible to do that at least in a few exchanges? Like 5 times 5.000 euros?

Who said that ?

I use Paypal mass payment and you can initiate a dispute, what if the Paypal account was compromised and balance drained ?

Which would explain the need of changing the money to BTC...

That's why I want to do that in small transactions. If you're willing to split transactions and let me the time to withdraw the funds I might do it.

Who told you that this transactions can't be disputed/reversed? Smiley
For example you can say that this was an paypal unauthorized transaction.

I can help you with it. For both of us to be safe, we would use Escrow service. Paxful or Localbitcoins.com. Please let me know if interested.

Escrow is useless in this case (where Paypal is used) unless the escrow holds the funds for more than 6 months.
He can fill a claim in 6 months and pretend that it was a Paypal unauthorized transaction.
