Nope. You lose more. For you to have referrals, you need to buy for advertising on other websites. you need money to execute a good advertising campaign, otherwise you are doomed to failure.
Few people still join to matrix/MLM sites which means that you will not get referrals and will not succeed by investing in those sites.
But the admin side always have profits.
There is no advertising or any other subscriptions now or in the future.
If it was the case I would not subscribe any further than what is required now.
