My friend is a game developer that uses Unity to create application. He is the creator of "Spacey Birds Bitcoin Adventure" , an Android game that pay users to play. He is currently working on a 3D multiplayer tanks battle game that works both on the Web (with WebGL - no download) and Android. The game will be free to play and let users earn Bitcoin while playing. The revenues will be from advertisements as far as I am aware and he will take a portion of it.

Both of us also started an online pay to post forums early this month. Unlike other forums, instead of giving a specific amount of Satoshi per post. We give shares which will then be converted to Satoshi using a fair and simple Math formula. Too bad, we already have our funding, if not we may approach you.

Anyway, in case you are interested in funding his multiplayer tank battle game, you can check out his topic at "MultiPlayer Tank Fighter Game [Mobile + Web]". He also have another ongoing game project and that is "An Environmental Game to Save Earth and Earn Crypto".

Personally for me, I have some unique ideas (the TBZ Shares to TBZ Satoshi idea come from me) but none of them require excessive funding.

A real huge 3D game. If you want to help bitcoin to grow instead of only making profit then you should make a game about BTC and add it to Google Play , It definitely require some funding and time to make a successful game. Ads should suffice to earn income If its really good.
If you don't want to do that then you could build a game but target only bitcoin users and pay them btc while playing which is more simple and require less time and funding then the first idea and the income should be from ads too.

it will be huge, but there are other genre that might also work. I think 3D strategy games, based on games like StarCraft would work much

better. You have more scope for more units to be upgraded and personalized.  .... Check out that game... it's going to be ground breaking

work in that scene. 

That is pretty interesting indeed.. Would cost a fortune to hire a team to start competing with developments like that though.. Ideally id like to keep the budget around 10 BTC to get some small consistent passive income flowing in, does not have to be a get rich quick scheme.

10 BTC will not get you very far unfortunately. This game was backed by a investor from the hit TV series... Shark Tank with a 56 BTC investment,

and then most of the work was already done at that stage. You might find a smaller project or even a decent script for a gambling site for that

I like the idea of a mobile game that pays BTC but I would need a good app developer that also has the knowledge to integrate automatic BTC payouts...

If you need a good developer you could always seek one and you should post on services section on this forum and for sure there would be potential candidates and if you dont like then find on freelancing sites. Mobile game that pay bitcoin would be a good idea to have one since its still not famous or being used as an investment online.

I have come across a coin that could be very promising for you as it is in the early stages and ripe for investment. Solarflarecoin is an active community with lots of ideas in slack. They have recently had some issues but these were resolved very quickly which shows the commitment of the DEV and the community.

They are listed on on two exchanges already and have active discussions with a community member who can help expand into the Chinese market. A Pool just for solarflarecoin has already been established with various other pools adding the coin.

They are trying to establish something different to whats on the market. Some of the community members have already "invested" not just time but BTC into getting this up and going. The Dev (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1747305.0;all) is very happy to discuss ideas especially in Slack. The coin is very new and the community are not looking for a Pump and dump.

They want this coin to grow slowly, although the market fluctuations has brought good profits to people (small volume: http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/solarflarecoin/) , it is just the volume they want to increase. They want a platform that is different and sustainable. Some projects are yet to be announced.

I invite you to check out SolarflareCoin (SFC) community (and chat with the Dev), if not to invest but to share some ideas about something other than faucet/exchange/dice site... It sounds like you have already placed thought into what you believe and should be different. SFC would like to list at more exchanges but have placed priority on adding real value to the coin and platform not yet seen.  They are currently establishing network stability but want to break out into the next phase. I welcome any feedback to the community.

I am not the Dev for SFC, but just a community member also trying to help out with something different.

I see that some users here presented interesting game concepts.

I was thrilled by that Space Pirate - Age of Rust idea but when I took a closer look it seems that this game will be text based RPG with occasional pictures.
Not exactly thrilling for modern audience. But you can easily tweak that concept and change it to look more like OGame https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OGame
This way its mediocre graphics won't be as noticeable and you crank up enjoyment and competitive feel. Bitcoin could be used as premium currency for boosting your progress.

Seems there many investment suggestions for the gaming industry. Whether it's because you love to play games or something else.
Making Serious Games project is the very complex task, and there is a lot of work. Just an idea about the type of games is not enough. I personally know one game-production company. They have more than 1000 people different abilities, artists, writers, managers, economists except all of the type programmers

Interview all the sites who are making good money so other people can learn as well.

Mining coins but your actually playing simple games. Every developer would want their coin mined this way. Think of the amount of normies who would be introduced to Alt coins. The addiction levels would be enormous because they are actually earning something of value and of course the idea that some of those coins reach high value eventually...well. All the other ideas thrown at you are rubbish hahah

So basically you want to sit on the throne with all the capital you have without contributing anything to the project but the capital ? I know capital is the most important part but would lead you no where if you can't lead.Id love to see an open source marketplace which covers up all the cons made by openbazaar.Decentralised especially with exchange of  bitcoins as its primary niche.

Since you have a lot of capital as you mentioned well i think it is good to run a dice site since as you can see that game type is the most playable to the gamblers but think also that you have many competitors for running that since as you can see out here their are already a numerous site who got a great success and the only thing you need to do is to do some good advertisement for it aswell as you need to run a giveaways to caught some attention to the crowd.
