bei anbietern wie https://coinbase.com kann ich user per bitcoin auf meiner hp bezahlen lassen. gibt es auch einen anbieter, der es ermöglicht dass meine user bitcoins einzahlen aber auch mit bitcoins wieder ausgezahlt werden können?

Wobei, die API-Zugriffe anscheinend begrenzt sind. Siehe unten auf der Seite: http://blockchain.info/de/api

Das beste wäre wahrscheinlich ein Wallet auf dem Server zu installieren, dafür bräuchtest du allerdings Rootrechte.
Welches Wallet dafür am besten geeignet ist kann ich dir allerdings nicht sagen.
