I find this site call "epay.com""

As they are facebook page promote ,they said they 1% fee support International Wire Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram for directly withdraw?

Aslo for the ecurrency deposit and withdraw, only 1% fee.

It this site true? money is safe?
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I haven't used their service yet because I don't really exchange currency besides paypal to btc. There is a thread ere in bitcointalk where they were discussing that epay.com offers a free service here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1559601.0
So far I don't see any negative feedbacks against epay so I think it's safe. It's best if you do a background search frst and search for feedbacks in google tho.
They said it's free for some services while yes, they charge only as low as 1% fee in others.

I haven't tried their service yet but I've been searching reviews about epay.com and there are no negative feedbacks or scam accusation against them except for the worst customer service according to the one of their user.
