You can get an offline paper wallet generator from here: https://github.com/cantonbecker/bitcoinpaperwallet
I would personally download that to USB stick or some other storage method, then i would boot onto to example Ubuntu live cd that does not have an internet connection and generate the wallet from there.
Do not connect to internet at all while generating the wallet. Then print the paper wallet via printer (still offline, you can have a local connection to the printer tho.)
That should do the trickt, let me know if you need more help with this Smiley

Paper wallets are as the name suggests, a wallet in paper form (usually printed rather than photocopied)
It comes with a QR Code, which can be scanned to retrieve the private key which holds the funds, and generally a public address in the paper to send the money to.

Regarding how to obtain a paper wallet, check the earlier post he explained it in depth for you, also remember to clear your browser cache if you are using some online website to generate a paper wallet after you are done with it, even if you are in offline-mode.

The benefit of a paper wallet ( if properly generated offline ), is that your private keys remain offline in paper form and are not susceptible to viruses/malware or other forms of attack that could potentially compromise them if stored on a PC. However, with a paper wallet, you do have to ensure that you are storing them in a secure manner to prevent physical theft and other damage ( water damage for example ). You can use BIP32 to add a password to a paper wallet to help further secure it.
