Hey! Is there any fiat payment processor that minors can legally use? I'd like to trade some btc for fiat and fiat for btc. Thanks!

I know Virwox, but when I checked it out today it seemed really odd. I guess ill use it if there arent any better alternatives. Does anyone know any other?
