Duck embryo sounds disgusting I wouldn't put that in my mouth.

Canadian delicacy is poutine. Its just french fries, gravy and cheese curds. Sometimes you can get it with bacon or pulled pork etc.. After eating this you need to go see your heart surgeon.

No, its pretty quite great if you get over it, if you dont wanna eat the duck you can just drink the soup thingy inside, still tastes good. And I hate you for making me hungry. Well, I guess that's what I guess for asking for food. That looks really delicious.

In The Netherlands we have "Kroket". It's a snack, usually eaten besides some fries as an extra. You can also eat it on a bun (with mustard). In my opinion it tastes delicious.

India is a hub of spices. We have so many regional food styles which can't be compared to each other. Even we have different food cultures in different parts of the country with different use of spices. So I can't say which food is the best in our country.

However, I see that Tandoori foods are well known to the world because there are so many Tandoori restaurants available worldwide. So if I have to think one food, that is know worldwide, that is Tadoori foods. That can be Chicken Tandoori, fish Tandoori or even fruit Tandoori.

In Canada it's "Beaver"

We have various things like Beaver Burgers in restaurants and Beaver-Tacos.
I even tried Beaver Pizza before..

My favorite though is Beaver Wine.
It has a low alcohol volume but it has a really balanced taste not too sweet or sour.

Many but I dont really eat most of them. I prefer to just eat western foods like grilled chicken with french fries, or fried bacon with eggs or cheese, or some pizza.

I really eat trash food or high calory food or sometimes vegetarian for 1-2 weeks when i get enough of meat. But usually I prefer chicken derived foods with lots of vegetable combinations.

I live in Suffolk in the UK - where we make fluffy dumplings that float like little clouds of heaven in your soup or stew.

Or sometimes sink like fat stones - if I'm making them!

Not all Canadians eat Beaver but a minority eat over a million per year.
So it is a rare delicacy in our culture.

Canadians have a rich history of that sort of thing.. we all used the pelts for trading as currency way back in the old days.
I visited some of the ancient trading forts as a kid and they are real !

Myself though i don't like special foods.
Shot of Beaver Wine and a Pizza and i am good.  Cheesy

I make a bad ass chili though usually once a month.. a BIG pot too !

Try Ukrainian borscht. This is a traditional dish of their cuisine. Very tasty and easy to prepare yourself
