There is no such thing as "free trial aws account" nor "fully verified aws account", there is only an aws account. Anybody can open it for free.

Ofc but not anybody has cc and you cant open more then ine per ip cause then it gets on hold

That's absolutely untrue. You can open multiple accounts from the same ip address and even children below 15 have bank accounts and bank cards these days.
