Coinbase wallet dont give permission to their users to use the wallet for gambling purpose, if any user found of using it then they will block their account. So you can do nothing.

So it is better that you can download Electrum Desktop wallet for all types of gambling or any type of transaction purpose.

Coinbase won't be able to know what you do in a gambling site.  From what I read, they monitor the bitcoin gambling site's addresses and see if your address is linked to them.  And if it is, you're screwed.

instead of asking others about this, take time and read the terms of services that you clicked the agree button quickly without reading the first day.

in that, they clearly state what are the things you can not use coinbase account for. and gambling or anything related to gambling and other shady things is prohibited. and it is because coinbase is located in United States and in there online gambling is still illegal.

Yes,definitely Coinbase has been shutting down your account at anytime if you breakdown their TOS.About gambling attempt coinbase suspect as a guilty and should be take an action.They have blocked your account though but will permit access to the bitcoin balance transfer to another.Be sure Coinbase was able to identify this particular gambling attempt.My advice,try to avoid transferring bitcoins directly from coinbase wallets to gambling sites.

the alternative of that wallet is xapo. It is better in that cases it do not have any issue for loading any gaming website from them. Still if you are doubtful for that then use blockchain which is completely a way of freedom.

It will surely block or deactivate your account  if they trace or know that you are using their wallet on gambling purposes because as you read on their terms its really stated there about the rules regarding on gambling.Therefore,you cant use coinbase wallet if you are using it on gambling purposes, you should use blockchain.info or any web wallets that dont have such restriction.

You are familiar with the blocking hence you didn't check it out for yourself if it's true or not. You can check that at their terms obviously. And there are lots of bitcoin wallet why you consider that web wallet which you are familiar having a gambling terms when people use it as their wallet.

Yes they are regulated platform like paypal and so they will keep tracking all your transaction. And if you are moving lots of bitcoin or using their wallet for gambling they will just froze/lock your account and you will loss whatever you have stored there.

They will block the account permanently if you are found involving in gambling activities several times. However, after blocking, they will require you to send an address in order to transfer the amount of Bitcoin in your Coinbase account to another wallet. Therefore, it is still very good to use Coinbase. But if you are a gambler, I suggest you should not use it
