It is very hard to solve scam accusations when accuser has disappeared as his account was only created to make these accusations.

We are working hard to ensure our trustworthiness by being public, reacting to issues quickly and we have several developments on the way to improve trust of our company even more.

Totally nonsense. What about people from December complaining about Skrill and Neteller deposits. I have been unable to deposit from Jan 9 and still not able to make deposits using Skrill and Neteller. Just tired of their nonsense "system check and internal issue which will be fixed within few days" excuses. Completely irresponsible company.

any news on the stuck withdrawals guys? Hopefully you sorted them out.

My issue is with the "0.002 minimum" BTC withdrawal fee disguised as a network fee - see more in this Spectrocoin review.

You need to get rid of it to gain trust. No one does it, current network fees are in satoshis.
