Nice to see a PTP site that pays in bitcoin.Are you allowing autosurf or manual surf for your PTP site. How are you paying your publishers. Do you have popunder and banners ? How much is the minimum wihdrawal amount for publishers? How much you are paying for your publishers and the minimum withdrawal amount ? Are you paying for unique visits or for all impressions. If you specify all these details in your thread you will  get more publishers. If you get more publishers , advertisers will be interested to give ads in your ptp site.Open a new thread in micro earning section. You will get better exposture as well as signups from there.
