Then why can not everyone exploit it ........

Love the Tetris faucet idea, we have seen a lot of these coins I think if you can strike up some kind of partnership with the MJ sellers it would set you apart big time as I know that the legal sellers in the US are not allowed to bank any cash made from this industry.

is this the new GNJ or another NCL? both did their ICO at C-CEX and became a SCAM afterwards, but with my observation, it most likely another GNJ, a marijuana-driven drugs, err, cryptocoin that said to be in support of the medicinal cannabis, one thing is on my mind, are they drugged, did they inhaled some weed's smoke and getting hallucinated in the other dimension?

Another Marijuana coin.
It reminds me of GANJ, a very "ambitious project" which the main goal is to provide information and educate people to adopt the cannabis as a cure for some illnesses, they made their ICO at C-CEX and seems to be so good, the ICO coins were sold out after less than 24 hours then the dev GONE leaving their investors in vain, running away with investor's money.

Please don't compare this project with some second rate C-Cex ICO. Thank you.

You need to setup a Marijuanacoin.conf file, and you need a cpu/gpu/asic to mine directly to your wallet.
Rewards are 0.01 MAR per block up to block 25000. Rewards goes to 1.5 MAR after block 25000 for proof of work.

To be honest it's impossible to read your pictures due to poor quality but the website looks ok.
I don't think that a lot of investors will support your refusal from escrow and  agree that "what you see is what you get" but time will show.
