What makes an escrow secure is not putting the word "secure" on an unknown website from an unknown person living in Cebu City
*, Philippines. An escrow can only be called secure based on its reputation. The one thing you need, you don't have.
*I specifically mention this from your profile, because I've been there. I got scammed by many people there, from the cab driver to the taxi meter to the bill in resorts. It's a poor country were people do almost anything to get money.
