Hello to all I am new here.


I have a problem.

I can't access my account at website www.cryptonator.com When I requested new password they never sent me e-mail after four days. Has anyone had a same problem like mine before?

i have the same problem today.

History:

1. SEPA transfer on friday, 21.04. --> money didnt arrive - support mailed the problem is the down of cashila and they have a new partner ...
2. today i wanted to log in - user / PW 100% correct --> no login
3. requested password --> no email arrived
4. mailed to support@cry..........   ---> mail came back

I'm having the exact same problem. I did not get a failed delivery on the email though (Yet).
