No, local workers same competence with foreign workers in my opinion. As I've said before labor workers with salary differentials so far I think it is very unfair. Competent or not, if it works as a laborer difference is surely only a few and not that much. Indeed, in Indonesia salaries of workers were only given a salary of between 2 million - 3 million IDR, and it is reality.

I have never been to Indonesia, and therefore I don't know much about that country. But for sure I know that the Indonesian armed forces are not as powerful as their Chinese counterparts. Also, a ban on the Indonesian exports (coal, iron ore.etc) by China can cripple the local economy.
