And I do not think NET30 payment is encouraging either, when bitcoin is involved why drag the payment for 30 days.

We only using Net30 payment for the beginning (think first 2 months) to farm some money.

autosurf is not allowed.
All other forms of traffic are allowed (embed your promotionlink in your website, manualsurf, ppc)

Referral n/a (not avialable) means that the referring Website is hidden, that is no Problem for you it only shows you where youre traffic comes from

If you want to push your Youtube Views, i recommend to buy PTP Traffic.(1 impression/view = $0.0003)
The minimum is 5.000 impressions ($1.5)
