In my opinion adding bitcoin as payment option is really a good idea .It will help to increase your sales. It Moreover it is convenient for those who are having bitcoin to buy from your shop. It will increase your brand value .Very Soon in the near future bitcoin is going to dominate all currencies and at that time your shop will be one of the first in retail business who offer payment in bitcoin.What about the shipping? Do you ship your products all over the world? Dont think about anything, just go ahead and keep bitcoin as one of the payment options. All the best for your new venture.

I appreciate you this idea to add bitcoin as a payment system in your shop. If you can deliver your products to any county of the world then you will get a good number of clients to your shop. But first you need to advertise your shop on this forum so that people come to know that you have started bitcoin as payment.

Today this idea sound crapy to ladies in the Europe use bitcoin for their buyings in fashion stores. I don't think that at least a one of such kind ladies know about bitcoin or use it. But who know about the future?! In the case if bitcoin would be accepted as some ordinary way of payment one day, those ladies simply can spend bitcoins of their husbands for some elite shopping the same way as they spend Euro of their husbands for that.

Honestly it's an overwhelming majority of men that use bitcoins but you could always market toward men buying for their ladies. That would make more sense to me. But of course if that isn't the direction you're looking to go then having another payment method really can't hurt either way! |

A good idea, fashion is one of the basic human needs. Just like food, fashion business there is no death. When we open the fashion business and accept bitcoin as a means of payment, of course, is great for transactions and as a means of introducing bitcoin.

Bitcoin for fashion industry is very feasible. In the Philippines there are many merchants online that are selling their products online and accepts bitcoin as payment. This includes fashion products such as trendy bags, make-up, accessories, perfumes, shoes, jewelries, dresses and clothings including electronic gadgets such as cellphones and other products.
In Europe I am not sure if there are many women using bitcoin but in the Philippines there are a lot of women that are engaging in bitcoins. That kind of business is very feasible in the Philippines and Im sure it will be a hit.

Nice idea including bitcoin as a payment option in your website. It will not devalue your brand instead it will attract bitcoin users and adding value to your brand. You are also spreading awareness of bitcoin to your non bitcoin-user customers if they see bitcoin as payment option. They might get curious and try bitcoin.

I am with Franky1 on this one... If I {Bitcoin users} had a choice between two businesses and the one accepts Bitcoin and the other not, then I would opt to use the business that accepts Bitcoin. Some people like to be "edgy" and would welcome something fresh and new, even as a new payment option. Most online shoppers hate to hand over their credit card details, and would also welcome a payment option, where they have full control.  |

Why not?Bitcoin could be the best payment processor of any online/offline business.Easily it will attract bitcoin users.Accepting bitcoins as a currency people going to more interest with bitcoin.Any business that accepts bitcoin as payment option.Hope coming days bitcoin will dominate most of business not only fashion accessories company but also Online retailer.

Hello guys, Simple question - can we find bitcoin as a payment option useful in our fashion shop? I was reading a lot about it and didn't get clear idea. We have added this option today, but not sure if it will decrease the value of the brand as it could look "not standart'y".. On the other hand - we should look very innovative. Do you think there are many ladies who are using bitcoins in Europe? Feel free to check our shop ( www.shopyte.eu ), maybe you will find something what you love for yourself (if you are a lady) or for your loved one! Hoping to get any kind of replies It's not a great idea because mostly men's are interested in bitcoins and maybe that's why newegg has added bitcoin payment. But the fact that starbucks added bitcoin payment makes me to think about if women are using bitcoin. To my mind it's earlier to carry about women here but maybe fashion website for men with bitcoin payment would be a better idea. |

Every time I'm on a gaming site or any online business that I see accepting paypal visa or master cards and I see no bitcoin logo, I tell my self look at these idiots and move on to next available service accepting bitcoin. use blockchain.io's APIs to do all the transactions automatically for you and I really hope you a great successful business my friend. anyone not accepting bitcoin as a currency in online and then shopping stores imho are losing costumers.

It shouldn't cost a lot of money to implement it in your shop, so why not?
It opens a new channel for promoting your website as you are doing here now. I would simply go for it and monitor the traffic and payments it generates and go from there.

And you must support for international costumers if you have plan accept bitcoins on your online stores, because the bitcoins can be used for all of countries not euro only. |

For me, I believe there are some business that will thrive highly largely due to proximity and one of them is the fashion business because merely seeing a cloth online and liking it, after that place an order does not necessarily mean its going to fit and I might have to return who will bear the cost? Even after I would have paid a premium on the cloth in the first place to cover for shipping cost and the couple of days I will have to wait for it to arrive in the first instance. I will prefer to order from somewhere within my own vicinity to be able to beat to encumbrances to a large extent.

Fashion products need to be fitted by the customer.
I personally do not order clothes from online shops even if the site has a facility for measurements.
And given your products, they look elegant. Your target market is middle to high class. They need to be fitted well.
It's a little bit of a challenge.

I don't think there are many ladies using bitcoins, most bitcoin users are men. This idea is nice to allow bitcoin payments, but it won't be a big success as most population in the world don't use bitcoins and people buying fashion items principally.
Most bitcoin users are from poor countries and don't have much interest or money yet to buy fashion items. But your idea is nice and innovative, in the future many persons will be glad to your choice to implement this payment method.
although most bitcoin users are male, create new innovations like this one is a good thing. perhaps by forming a fashion shop with bitcoin, you will make it easier for women to learn about bitcoin. besides, it probably will bring many benefits, because until now, still a little fashion shop that accepts bitcoin. |

I think this is a grand idea of bringing bitcoin into the fashion world as this will stimulate bitcoin's growth and promote its uses to the public more. For bitcoin lovers, they would be crazy with this and for the ones who know nothing about bitcoin, they would be like "Hey, this is new, we should check it out" So it's good for bitcoin in many ways. And also, there are women using bitcoin just like men so it's no need to be worried. |
