Your transaction is clearly there and It has enough confirmations. If you sent him the BTCitcoins then the seller obviously gave you the address in the first place , that's the only way to proof that you actually sent him the funds + you could give him the TXID. I doubt he would scam you for such a low amount , If he don't believe that It was actually you who sent them then you could sign a message using your BTCitcoin wallet.

Since english is not your native language, it's a bit hard to understand what you wrote.
It looks like you bought something using bitcoins, and the seller claims that you did not send the bitcoins to him.
There are several possibilities:

• The seller did indeed receive your bitcoins and wants to cheat you.
• The seller has some technical or understanding problems and does not see the bitcoins you sent to him.
• You sent the bitcoins to another address than the one given to you by the seller, either
   
  • ... because you misunderstood something in his message
  • ... because your computer is infected with a trojan that replaces bitcoin addresses by criminal's addresses when you make a transaction or when you receive a message containing an address

Which of these might have happened is impossible to say without much more information.

Bitcoin payment system is irreversible, not much you can do if the seller indeed cheated you. The only thing you can do is to sign a message from the bitcoin wallet you used. Also run a scan with an internet security suite to check for any trojan or keylogger in your PC.

It's a good thing that you send him a small amount.  Not much else you can do once the transaction is confirmed with many confirmations.
