i bought Wallet builder paid package and downloaded but it keeps telling me that it was Out of sync

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

it depends if you set it up the right way, i have no troubles with it , i did build a "free blockchain  version " one to test and to learn from it,
free hosted node did expire so i did set an new one up ( running two wallets configured as node and normal wallet ) on my own it works like a charm now, so a free service is ok to learn and understand a bit,

so i would say check you setup right , it should work ;-)
