YOC will be delisted from Alcurex because there is no trading volume and new ETH asset wallet integration will take time ...  but not serving anyone.

About withdraw...
If we will get coins out from they wallet service, coins will be sent manually to the users.
Currently we have no access in they official wallet, but I have inform developer about that.

We got access to our account (thank you dev) and YOC withdraws are sent.
If you have any YOC on alcurex, place withdraw and I will manage it manually.

Official Newsletter of YOcoin June 30, 2017

A new day is dawning for YOcoin and as promised here is the next Newsletter. Before we go into all the announcements I wanted to provide some valuable information on how our Cryptocurrency market works.

Like all other Cryptocurrency platforms early adopters and supporters funded the projects while demand was increased. The open market would then respond based on the size of the community that supported the token and the demand that was observed in the open Market.

In the early days of Bitcoin the going was slow until “Big Money” stepped in and bought up the available supply but with the intention of holding and not dumping. This then caused other “Big Money” to do the same and this of course reduced the supply but at the same time increased the demand which caused the price to go up.

At YOcoin our goal initially was to do the same thing. Early supporters came in and our community grew and now we are over 200,000 members but the supply is still greater than the market demand and this is one of the key reasons for the low price.

No excuses will be made as to what has contributed to this as it won’t do any good. The key point is that you understand that in order to move this and increase value we all need to support and create the activities that are known to do exactly that.

Our plan moving forward has a number of steps that need to be done and in our last Newsletter we started with our New Master Distributors and the Advisory Group. These are currently being activated and announcements will be made in the next Newsletter.

Step Two:

To bring back confidence amongst our members there will be a few things that we will be doing to assist this and regain your trust.

ONE: If you are owed a commission please send in a request from your Back Office.

TWO: The redemption process will be operational as of the 1st and you may choose to redeem your YOcoin or take another action that is going to be made available.

Please let me remind you here that the price of YOcoin is dictated by the demand in the market versus the supply available. Therefore if the market is flooded with YOC the price will be driven down even further so to make this perfectly clear I wanted to remind you of that. Our strategy is to go the other way and build value properly but we need your support.

If you look at Coin Market Cap and the trading of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dash the amount of volume traded versus the total value runs between 2.87% to 7.7%. A very small amount of trading compared to the overall value which means that the majority of supporters are holding which reduces the supply, increases the price and increases the demand, a very simple process.

If we as a group understand this then we can all look forward to much higher values for YOcoin and YOgold. If for example we could reduce the current supply from 105 mil down to 50 mil outstanding YOC and increased the demand and if the value then went up all of us would have a much better opportunity at increasing the value of our holdings. So please think carefully about what you do as it will have a profound effect on our future.

STEP THREE

We need to then reduce the number of YOC and we need to increase the demand in the market for both YOGold and YOcoin and here is how we want to proceed.

OFFER:

YOcoin will convert up to 55,000,000 YOC to YOG through a conversion program.

YOcoin will offer a value of .20 cents for each YOC and that value will then covert to YOG at the current Market Price of the conversion.

Example:

20,000 YOC @ .20cents = a value of 4,000 conversion points.

YOG current Market Price .27 cents

Number of YOG after the conversion 4,000/.27 = 14,814 YOG

Now the member has 14,814 YOG at a value of .27 cents versus the YOC at a value of .007 cents.

Now if you review the YOG program this is a program where the holdings are backed by gold purchases and held as security against the initial investment.

In order to comply with this and ensure every member that the Gold is purchased and is under contract YOGold will provide independent statements for the total amount of Gold being held as security.

In order to fund this and maintain our operations and customer support the ability to convert will depend on the purchase of a new YOgold package.

Example: you originally bought 10,000 YOC @ .15 cents for $1,500

Now you want to convert to YOG

The conversion value is then 10,000 * .20 = 2000

The YOG value is say .27 cents so you would get 2000/.27= 7,407 YOG

This would mean that your value has now increased from your original purchase and in order to make this happen you would need to purchase a new YOG package for $500.00 which would give you an additional 1,851 YOG at the current price.

Here are the conversion amounts and the corresponding required packages

Up to 2000 YOC   100.00

Up to 5000 YOC   250.00

Up to 10000 YOC   500.00

Up to 20,000 YOC   750.00

UP to 100000 YOC   1000.00

Any amount over 500,000   2000.00

P.S: All package upgrade for the swap process will only be entertained from CASH WALLET ONLY. No upgrades other than CASH WALLET will be entertained or qualify for the SWAP process.

As a benefit to all members we will guarantee that the price you pay for the New YOG package will be the same price as of the date of your conversion. We expect that as soon as the word gets out there will be a lot of interest in the market place and we don’t expect the price of YOG to remain this low for very long.

So we encourage you to act quickly. Full instructions will be loaded into the back office as to how you can place your new orders and convert your existing YOC to YOG. As an added benefit to members who do convert and after their conversion has been completed we will allow those members to buy New YOG packages at a discount of 25% off the then current market price as represented on Coin Market Cap. You will want to pay close attention here as this will tie in to the next step of growth and development. We anticipate the conversion process to take between 60 to 90 days if everyone acts quickly and responds to this valuable offer and during this conversion time no coins will be released until the conversion process has been completed and everyone who wishes to convert has done so.

You will however be able to purchase additional packages once your conversion is complete. In the back office there will be conversion form which will need to be filled in and then sent back through the system to validate your request.

This is an exciting turn of events for YOcoin members and we are looking forward to our mutual success.

STEP FOUR

As you know there has been an issue with Network Marketing and it seems that this style of marketing has posed some restrictions and controversy so in the US and Canadian Markets only at this time all Affiliates will be placed in a new organization as Members of the NEW YOCLUB.

The New YOCLUB will be a membership driven program that provides members with exceptional benefits in the New World Economy driven by Cryptocurrency. This Club will provide the ways and means to use your Cryptocurrency through education modules, trading platforms, discounted service providers, usage and many other activities in living one’s life.
