I'm assuming you actually wanna start your own site because you think you can make a lot of quick cash. If you know someone who will code a site for cheap and you can somehow attract people to it, then you could make a decent amount. Without knowing code or hiring a coder, you aren't gonna get far making a site.

you either know programming and website design and then look for scripts or build one yourself and design the site. which i think you don't know any of these. so you hire someone to do it for you. Is this really for usually user?
if you mean for regular user, then no. you can't just open up a casino and expect anyone play there! and certainly you can not expect making money this way. it needs lots of experience, and a really cool idea/game. you can download a dice script from internet, pay for hosting and start your site in matter of hours. but what is the point of that? no one will choose your site unless it is different in a good way. |
Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.

I would adivse against it. If you have to ask these basic questions, you are bound to get burned somehwere along the road.
Either by the one building the service (and introducing a backdoor to steal your funds) or by a hacker that runs of with your funds.
Also, gaining volume from players will be very difficult.
