you only followed it one way through, you cut losses when you lose, but if you want to win you need to cut wins too
the more you play after you're in plus it means you're getting closer to losing

I've never brought home much too. More losses than winnings most of the time, the best I brought home was a measly 10% of my original deposit. That's all I can get from it. Guess my luck seems worse than others most of the time. Wish I can get a chance to even double my money whenever I play.

Your "luck" means nothing, when playing probability-based gambling it will be random and it's irrelevant whether you're supposedly lucky.  Your problem is a lack of strategy.  No strategy will make you win all the time but with a house edge of 1% betting 50:50 you shouldn't lose more than 51% of the time.

it wasn't a good logic and correct probability calculation i guess . when the house edge has 1% it wasn't mean you as a player will not lost more than 51% of the time. you can even lost 9 bets out of 10 bets in 50/50 chance betting , especially in dice game.

at first time people usually get a good winning , and they lured to keep playing.

I started gambling last year and its good at first earning fast and it goes quickly to my head to invest more in gambling because I would be richer in no time if this continues. Greediness strikes and I have no targets and limitations, I would gamble as long as I have funds and if not, I would get from my savings to add in gambling until such time that I realize, I don't have savings anymore because of losing streaks and realize my mistake that's why I stop for a while and would just gamble then for fun now and have limits. I shift to trading instead to earn real money.

The most common word on here being used by most people on their advices is "only use the amount that you can afford to lose". On my starting point on this gambling world is somehow a good start on which i do play on the first time and did won which it did somehow boost up my interest on playing gambling which i do believe that i can make easy money on it but in reality i end up on losing more money instead.

For me, i started playing poker until I was upset then I tried another card game. I seriously not started my gambling career from my childhood. I started it nearly 3 to 4 years ago. But when i was kid then we cousins played betting with each other in sports games, But i am not consider it in gambling way. But about the future in gambling, seriously i play gambling for relief from regular boring life, only play it entertainment, but i want to win money in gambling. Although i have no future planning in gambling just play for fun.

I would say I somehow started the same. Officially, I started gambling on mainstream gambling when I first made a bet with a local bookie using the mainstream rules. But I actually started gambling with trading cards when I was a kid. Though that was not anything close to official gambling like what we do in sports books. I also lost a lot of money when I started.
