I'd be careful if you used your real information on this eBay account or you weren't careful with your IP address/return address. You could very easily get screwed for someone buying this for sketchy things.

Who told you that the price of a fresh account is $220 ? I have seen them right here on this forum for as low as $15 (custom made, Not hacked). Only Aspkin is selling at that inflated price which you mentioned.

By the way, which country the account was registered in ?
