I was wondering how I can purchase goods online using Amazon. Currently I spend most of my Steam games using bitcoin, but I don't use it for much else. Now that I am beginning to save up a fair amount of it, how

can I make purchases on sites such as Amazon? Do I have to buy Amazon gift cards using bitcoins, are there specific sites I need to get them off of? Thanks! Grin

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Since Amazon doesn't accept bitcoin directly, if you have access to an account there firstly send them a request to their support asking them to add bitcoin (the same thing happened with Steam once and they finally did it).

and for now you only can do it through third parties, either finding someone who buys it for you and you pay him bitcoin. or buying gift cards. both have risks.
but buying giftcards may be better, use trusted sites like this: https://www.gyft.com/ (check to see if they have them, i have never used them myself!)

Buying goods from amazon for bitcoin is available for certain limited products. Recently one of the service provider along with amazon has initiated a service. If you're not able to buy with bitcoin directly from amazon try to convert to fiat and start using to buy your required product.

As other member said, amazon don't accept bitcoin as payment but you can buy amazon gift card with bitcoin.

Gyft is the best website for it, but it has restriction to some country. But, you can try https://www.egifter.com/, https://coincards.ca/, https://giftoff.com/ and http://yestobitcoins.com/
I only have tried https://www.egifter.com/ and http://yestobitcoins.com/ though.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for the help. However I really hope Amazon updates to

accept Bitcoin directly. Hopefully they add the option soon, but this will have to do for now. Thanks

For now they are still not accepting bitcoin as payment but many alternatives that you can use like purse.io and other already mention here..
If you are place you can use your bitcoin to buy but before you can use your bitcoin you need to activate your vcc which is available only here in my country that we can use online purchange.. if you are in my places you can also use vcc to verify paypal so that you can connect your bitcoin into bpaypal or buy you want like in amazon..

As others have mentioned, purse makes it somewhat possible.... but it ruins the best part about Amazon: almost instant shopping.
There's a delay to have your order fulfilled, and often it turns out that it gets rejected.

Gift card websites are decent, as you end up just using the Amazon interface then. You won't get discounts like you do from Purse, but it is less shady, and much faster.

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.

You can try also Purse.io. They are giving 15% off amazon with bitcoin. You can name your discount. Just create wishlist. Choose discount. Pay in bitcoin. I think its safe to buy here. Thats all i know site which you can buy at amazon with bitcoin as payment.

like people have said, you can try purse.io. I use it and it's great.
Or you can get a virtual prepaid card, load it with btc, and use it to pay. there's a lot of websites here. I personally use spectrocoin.com and never had a problem.
