There's a section for Beginners, you can probably find your answer there or searching the forums. I assume you're asking for an exchange. You can find some here (this website is listed on Bitcoin.org, btw...)

For sale and buying bitcoin you have several trading and bitcoin exchange websites. Even through google you can find the one you are convenient with. Each has services available for particular country, so depending upon that respective exchange or bitcoin can be preferred for buying as well selling.

Depending on what's available, you might also be able to trade it in person.

you can buy the currency of your country, or if you have USD on paypal or perfect money you can trade them there
