Which altcoin is going to the moon now that BTC is stable.

after a period of huge volatility in bitcoin and lots of profit, it seems like bitcoin price is finally becoming stable again.

and in my experience when bitcoin market becomes stable, traders come back to altcoins and they start becoming a lot more active.

now which one do you think is going to be pumped next?

ETH:
it has always been a good option for pump and i think it is highly possible we see a new wave of big pumps in this coin.

ETC:
by extension i say it will go up too if ETH starts rising.

LTC:
the long sleeping giant, i am expecting a big wake up specially with the segwit.

It's not yet finished if you look at the recent price chart movement in bitcoin price. Bitcoin price is still on a continous phase movement and never will be stable especially when the big price increase happen, same with the price decrease. The movement has just been slow down but can't considered as stable.

No others alts will go to the moon but only will take some nice surprises in terms of their price.

Though, I still expect BTC rally soon but I don't think is going to have much impact on the price like it did late last year. I like two of you picks ETH and ETC, I don't think LTC price will spike at all, since last year the price has been but stable

ETH i think it's done, it had its shining moment but now it's dumped and when it will go pos it will be forgotten, litcoin is too old it will be pumped on the halving and nothing else, zcash  i think has more potential together with zcoin, and finally monero can still surprise us with another increase

Lisk is super cheap right now and will continue to go down due to forging and dumping. This one may be a big profit generator for 2017.

ETC may climb up if its network can attract devs to build apps.

LTC who knows this has been stable for a while now. Perhaps but I'm not betting on this one.

ETH well, Its at its high right now. I doubt it will go up.

ZCASH will continue to go down in price as more coins are minted.

MONERO is at an all time high now and will not go higher without darknet markets using it over BTC.

Still bitcoin price is not stable yet it is keep changing. It is not possible to settle in stable position once it happens means many people will not use bitcoin any more. In my thought i am hoping there will big movement in ETH when compared to both ETC and LTC.

good volume transaction, so if you want buy and hold longterm and wait pump and incraese very high price is low risk

stable position for bitcoin means going up and down as big as 20-30 USD. and this has always been the case. specially when we see a certain price for so many repeated times.
$20 may seem to you like a big amount but it is only 2%

and you are wrong about usage, if someday price becomes stable for a much longer time, many people will start using bitcoin because that would be a day when bitcoin price is stable for you to be able to use it as a currency just the way you use USD,...

I think litecoin will pump now because segwit , lower price, good market cap and user base will add boost to litecoin & DASH is going to be next major altcoin to pump in 2017

Among these three cryptocurrencies, I think Litecoin has a better chance of going up in value, maybe there is not a big pump, but I see a better risk reward ratio to that currency compared to the other two. After so long, SegWit can finally bring to Litecoin the results that investors have been waiting for.

I'm having an hard time believing that ethereum will be pumped again to 0.03, and i can't think how it can ever surpass 0.03 and go higher, really hard to believe at this point, to me it look done, people are moving on something else like always happen here, ltc will be pumped but only on the halving and it will be like the pump you see in doge, with big dump afterward

why you don't agree on zcash and zcoin, especially zcoin with the new algo introducing anti-bot net? both can still increase a lot, if you compare them to etheruem

Monero (XMR) will be the next alt to reach 1 billion marketcap

I feel XMR will go to the moon after all the accumulation is done. This coin managed to rebound from close to 0.006 BTC and it is staying strong above the 0.01 level. It would not be surprising to see this coin test its all time high in a few months time.

that is how 99% of the altcoins work. a fake hype and then a pump. take a look at the history of each altcoin and you will see that.

meh, maybe. Zcash specially is known to get dumped hard but i am generally not interested in these two. you can call it personal preference.

I don't think any big whale want to wake LTC up, almost all big guns abandoned ship already. ETH still have a big community but they get hurt after latest hardfork. I don't know people want to touch that, volume is lower than normal times. I think we will see bigger pumps in fairly new coins rather than oldboys like LTC, ETH. Pascal, Qora, Nexium and Lbry Credits are good examples for that.

volume is low because price is stable, and not much change there.
and besides ETH is the most manipulated coin in the history, whales don't just give their power up just like that.

i agree. bigger pumps always come from newer coins, where there is less spread and more manipulation.

I dont know which one would pump on the bitcoins price stability as of now since as i observe in the past it doesnt really affect at all but when bitcoins price tend to rise up all of those altcoin have been mentioned above turns to red i dont know whats the exact reason but speaking of potential alts i would go for XMR.

For etheruem at this point is can increase to a small step like 0.02 again but it wil not return to the highest level this was my point, i also think like other have pointed out, that some small coin like lbry credit/SIB/Veltor and other might get a good pump soon, about zcash instead, it was heavily dumped yes but the price was also really too high for any coin with the daily supply of zcash, i think it was expected
