If you lose too much then you just have to stop and not try to get it all back by making another large bet. Just cut your losses. I try to get the money back by doing other things like cutting spending on something else.

i think you have good control over your emotions. that is why you can stop gambling even after losing money. as most of the gambler have the nature that when they lose money in gambling then  they become emotional and continue gambling and arguing that for next time he will not only recover his money but will also make some more, but for every time he lose and for every time he getting hope to recover in next bet.

As a casual gambler i'm curious how you guys handle your own losses whether it's from dice , sportsbetting , slots or other gambling games..
I want to know your own way of dealing with it.

It's depend on my bankroll. If my bankroll is quite big, i will chase my lose by keep doubling my base bet but if my bankroll is small, i will stop gambling and refresh my mind. Especially when you have lose streak, if you keep gambling you will lose all your money.

Terrible strategy, it is called martingale and it has been proven over and over again that it does not work, it is the classic technique for those that love chasing their losses but you only need a bad streak , that are more common than people think and you could lose your entire bankroll.

My most loses are from slots.Now I run away frm slots and I will never again come to play slots because nobody cant win them.I can earn money via gambling only with poker serious money because of my really good experience but I am still training poker because I need more experience to risk more money for more earnings.

That hurts mate. Anyway, you have to move on, forget about your loses, there still tomorrow where you can get back what you lose. Maybe just let go of it and start from beginning, I lose more than you lose in the total but here I am, still gambling now because I know I am still gonna lose. Just enjoy even if we lose. Just now, I lose .1 BTC, too bad..

I'm usually stop playing for a while since I need recover my mood. Although I'm aware the risk of gambling, I'm afford to loss my money as it become my hobby to gamble.

Chasing down losses is a  thing to do in gambling. Many people lot of money in this way in gambling. We all know that in gambling only luck can bring us money and nothing else but sometimes we all do this repeated mistake and lose all our money. I agree , Loosing is part of gambling you cant earn every time you play gambling games . I agree that if you dont want to regret the bet you lost you need to lowered you bet . If you are confident with the choice you make it is your choice to make a high stake in return of high profit.

Losing in gambling is natural, because there is no way that you are always going to win in gambling because it have a house edge, which causes the players to lose and win every roll. But if you are addicted on gambling and don't have any control on it, then losing will just annoy you and probably going to bet all your money in a reckless way because the only thing that is in your mind is to win all back the money that you have lost.

In my own way of gambling, being a loser in the end of the day is not a big deal to me, because I'm always thinking that maybe it is not the right day for me to win, there is always a right time, all we have to do is to wait for that right time while keep on trying, because quitting would just going to make us miserable in a way.

Don't expect high profit in gambling. It is not that much easy. As you told the loss chance is high in gambling. So if you lose or win play only with fixed amount and it should be small amount then only you can able to control your loss in gambling. The win and lose both are part of gambling, but max time we will get lost in gambling this is the fact this we must agree.

Usually I just let it go, because I know when I am too curious I can become addicted to gambling, and win or lose is the part of the gambling, so I prepare myself to lose,if I win I consider it as bonus and If I lose then so be it, it's  like paying something for entertainment, earning profit in gambling is hard so i never expect to be rich from gambling

usually when i gamble i always be prepare to worst situations and if i facing the losses during play dice or other games then i would accept my losses and trying to not think to recover my losses and leave my PC for provisionally and i would continue my gamble on the next days without thinking my previous losses
