Looking for a 15$ amazon giftcard for US. Don't need a larger amount, but if you have a decent offer for anything under 50$ I might be interested. Looking to pay around 75% for this card. Please message me if you have this!

For sellers it's the norm. Generally people are looking for an 80% rate. Most buyers are willing to pay 70-75%.

I would never pay 1:1 for a gift card through sellers on this site. There's too much risk involved for a 1:1 sale on Amazon gift cards. In that case I would just buy from gyft.
